With a deep understanding of the profound impact that proper nutrition and targeted exercise can have on the body and mind, I'm here to guide you on your journey towards a healthier, stronger, and more confident you.

Beyond nutrition and fitness, I'm also a bikini bodybuilding athlete. This experience has given me firsthand knowledge of the dedication, discipline, and determination required to sculpt a physique that exudes strength, balance, and beauty. I draw upon my training and competition experiences to inspire and motivate my clients, as well as to incorporate specialized techniques into their workout routines.

I have struggled with my weight for most of my life, and I’ve always known that this was due to my wrong relationship with food. I love eating, and I feel pleasure when I’m having a good plate of food – that is a fact! But I also used food as an escape from my problems, as comfort, and as a way to relieve my frustrations. I had a rewarding relationship with food in terms of: I had a bad day, so I deserve a hamburger. I am sad now, so I deserve ice cream, and so on. Everything was an excuse to reward me with bad eating habits. 
I have been following Lais’ transformation on Instagram and she inspired me, through her stories and posts, to seek her help and start changing my eating habits. We have been on this journey since September 2021 and it has been a ride! What I love the most about the relationship with Lais is that she is a professional that is here to help and guide you. There are no judgments, no shame. However, there is plenty of understanding and encouragement. Lais understands that I’ve had an abusive relationship with food my whole life, and she makes sure to always remind me that changing a life habit is a process that takes time, patience, and effort. 
I couldn’t have partnered with a better nutritionist to help me change my habits and create a healthy relationship with food. I still have a long way to go, but I am happy and proud of what I have achieved so far, thanks to Lais’ guidance.
